Payment or Deposit in Advance (PDA)
At Adanesne Apartments we want you to feel safe when you travel, so do not carry cash, that is why we kindly ask all our guests to deposit 50% of the total reservation in advance in a period not longer than 48 hours after generate your reservation to avoid the cancellation. The remaining 50% of the deposit will be covered at check-in with credit or debit card or cash if you prefer.
Once you have established contact with our reservation staff at +52 1 646 260 9784 (Call or Whatsapp New!), you will be notified of the data for deposit or transfer or payment with PayPal.
Check In Policy
At Adanesne Apartments, we want to make your stay as comfortable as possible, which is why, under availability and communicating with the reservations team, you can check in early, at no extra charge.
Please note that the check in time is only available from 3:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. after that time the payment must be in cash, because our system is off at 5pm.
No Pets Policy
At Adanesne Apartments we know that pets are part of our family and that is why in our vacations we want you to share all of our family moments.
But due to incidents with pets and for the own comfort of the guests, the entrance of pets to the apartments is forbidden, only pets that have their transport with a grill will be accepted, and they will be in the exterior rear part of the apartments, that is, in the aisle of service, excusing of all responsibility Adanesne Apartments in case of the mascot leaves its transport and is lost since it is not fulfilled the previous thing is responsibility of the owner and if there was some flaw or accident the direct responsible will be the owner of the mascot.
Cases of exclusion
Only access to guide dogs is allowed.
Quiet Period
The period of silence starts at 9 o'clock at night, due to the fact that they are apartments and there are other guests. We try to make everyone has an excellent rest. The period of silence in particular includes speaking in a normal voice, not shouting or laughter, not loud music, everything in common sense, etc.
Cancellation policy
About reservations
In case of cancellation 48 hours before check-in, the establishment will charge 50% of the total deposit of the reservation previously made through bank deposit, Paypal, inter-bank transfer or other means of payment as penalty for cancellation or no show, it is say, 50% of the total reservation. This type of cancellation is not refundable, however, you can re book again. In that case please email to reservations@adanesneapartments.com to re book your stay.*
You can use your reservation deposit only for 90 calendar days, after that time the deposit of your reservation will no longer be valid.
Cancellation or no show 48 hours prior to check in are non-refundable. Minimum age to reserve is 21 years.

About improper uses of the apartment
The establishment has the right to cancel the reservation in case the guest does not comply with the established policies, and the establishment can request support to the police authorities to escort the guest outside the establishment. We reserve the right to refuse admission. This kind of cancellation is not refundable
As part of the values of Adanesne Apartments we do not allow discrimination for political opinions, race, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, color or age.
We also do not tolerate disrespect, use of drugs, weapons, or fights. Anyone who violates this rule will automatically cancel the reservation and those responsible for said acts will be placed in the custody of the competent authority.
One of our fundamental beliefs is respect for all people. We do not tolerate any type of discrimination
